Our Methodology

CCChrome reviews Chrome Hearts items from the photos and information you submit. Our process combines our team’s luxury-goods authentication background with relevant reference material, including our own store-purchased Chrome Hearts collection.

1. Submit your order and evidence

Choose Basic or Premium authentication and submit clear photographs of the full item and its relevant details. Your turnaround timer starts when you submit the order.

Basic is currently listed at $20 USD with a 24-hour turnaround; Premium is $40 USD with a 6–12-hour priority turnaround. See the offer pages for current inclusions.

2. Review the item in context

Professionals with a background in luxury-goods authentication review your submission. Relevant details vary by category, including jewelry engravings and construction, apparel labels and stitching, and eyewear markings and hardware. No single visible feature establishes authenticity by itself.

Our own Chrome Hearts collection was purchased directly from Chrome Hearts stores and provides references for popular and frequently counterfeited SKUs. Comparisons need relevant model and production context; we do not claim a reference for every SKU.

Original pendant photos from our reference collection

These original photographs show the same pendant from CCChrome’s reference collection, purchased directly from a Chrome Hearts store. They illustrate why we review the complete item from several angles. A single engraving, stone setting or other visible detail does not prove authenticity on its own.

For a submission, add sharp close-ups of every marked surface and any details obscured by reflections. Supply measurements and disclose repairs or alterations where relevant. These photographs are examples of coverage, not a universal pass/fail template.

3. Request additional evidence when necessary

If your photos or information are insufficient, we will email you to request more information or photographs. Clear, uncropped, unfiltered images help reviewers see details in context.

4. Communicate the result

You receive a written authentication result based on the submitted evidence. Photo-based review has limits: details that are missing, blurred or obscured cannot be directly inspected from those images. CCChrome is an independent service, not an official Chrome Hearts inspection or endorsement.

Inconclusive results and refunds

If your authentication result is inconclusive, we will refund your authentication fee. A Not Authentic (counterfeit) result does not qualify for this refund.
